Hemlock woolly adelgid

Currently in Nova Scotia, poses a high threat to hemlock trees. Can be identified by white, woolly substance on twigs/needles.

Emerald Ash Borer:

If you have large amounts of ash on your property - we want to know about it! Any good management strategy starts with inventory. 
EAB has been confirmed in New Brunswick, and we want to help reduce it's effects as much as possible. 
YSC will keep our members up to date with any restrictions or regulations put in place by CFIA or DERD as they occur.
